3. Booking & Payment

Estimates are provided before work begins; final charges may vary if additional issues are discovered and approved by you.

Declined or reversed payments may void any applicable warranty.
4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid fees.

Same‑day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a trip charge.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–9 U.S. banking days.
5. Warranty

90‑day parts‑and‑labor warranty on completed repairs unless otherwise noted on your invoice.

Warranty is void if the appliance is misused, moved, or serviced by another party during the warranty period.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe, unobstructed access to the appliance.

Ensure power, water, and gas connections are available.

Back up any data or settings on smart appliances; we are not responsible for data loss.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for consequential damages, food loss, or downtime beyond the cost of service performed.

Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
