Do you have a minimum charge for service calls?Yes, we do have a minimum charge for service calls which is $75 for stand alone machines and $115 for stackable machines and double ovens. This fee covers the cost of the technician's time and travel to your location. This fee will be waived if a repair is approved and completed.

Can I pay with a credit card?Yes, we accept most major credit cards as well as cash and checks. We also have an online payment option for your convenience.

Are there any warranties or guarantees for the repairs?Yes, we offer a warranty on all of our repairs. The length of the warranty 90 days. We also offer a guarantee on the parts we use and on the work we perform, 90 days as well.

Do you offer a senior or military discount?Yes, we do offer a senior or military discount. We appreciate the service and sacrifices made by our senior citizens and military personnel and we want to extend a special discount to them as a token of our gratitude.

Do you offer a financing option for repairs?Yes, we do offer financing options for repairs, please contact the office for more details. We understand that some repairs can be costly and we want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to get the repairs they need. We work with financing companies that offer flexible payment plans with low or no interest.
